Dahmen Barn resident artist
Carole Galloway will work with children aged 6 to 12 to make a useful
item beautiful on Saturday, April 6 from 1 to 3 pm. They will paint a wooden
handle for a short broom in their choice of color and patter then embellish the
hanger with beads. These 20" tall brooms are very handy in small spaces
and with a dust pan just might be used in the child's room! Carole sells many
of these small, pretty brooms to folks with RVs and travel trailers. The
cost is $15 and includes all materials. Please register by April 4.
Registrations may be made by calling 509-229-3414 or use the online process at
the top of the calendar page at www.artisanbarn.org.
