Early Application for Fairfield Old Fashioned Christmas Bazaar Dec. 1, 2012

HO! HO!HO!

The Town of Fairfield is again sponsoring the Old Fashioned Christmas.This year it will be on December 1st from 9 AM to 3 PM. Please fill out tthe enclosed application and return it to us as soon as you can.

This year we are trying something different to help venders get the location for their booth that they want. If you will chose four locations on the enclosed map and number them 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th with 1 most desirable and 4 being your last choice. Return the map with your application and fee. The locations will be assigned by the date that the application is received in our office.

For example if you chose #17, 12, 7 and 1 in that order and your application arrived first in the office, you would get your first choice. If your application arrived five days later, you may get booth #12, which is your second choice. I hope this makes sense to you. If not, please don’t hesitate to call with any questions.

We want everyone to have a wonderful experience in Fairfield at our Old Fashioned Christmas. If you have any ideas of ways to improve the day, please let us know. We are always open for suggestions.
