At Artisans at the Dahmen Barn in Uniontown, beginning Saturday, May 26, 2012, and continuing through August 25, on the fourth Saturday of each month, free dance lessons will precede the Hog Heaven Big Band playing tunes from the Great American Song Book.
Dance lessons will be held from 6:30 to 7:15 on the second floor – just drop in.
The Hog Heaven Big Band will begin playing at 7:30 pm. The cost to listen or dance to their music is $8 for a couple, $5 for a single. Children under 12 admitted free.
The Hog Heaven Big Band is 17 members strong and includes female vocals. The group has been playing regularly at the Dahmen Barn for the past 6 years.
