Croskrey Trio Performin May 12, 2012 at Dahmen Barn, Uniontown, Wash.


Croskrey Trio to perform for all ages

At Artisans at the Dahmen Barn on Saturday, May 12 at 7:30 pm, The Croskrey Trio, from Spokane, is made up of a father and his two daughters. They will play and sing Swing, Bluegrass and Old Standards from the 20s to the 40s. All ages are invited to come to dance or listen. The cost at the door is $7 per person or $20 for a family.

Greg was part of the original “The Croskreys” family vocal group and a member of the Doug Scott Cabaret Band. After 30 years of working in the high tech industry, Greg returns to the entertainment field with his two daughters, Cady and Mikaella. Greg and his daughters now enjoy performing in the Northwest at various venues. Cady plays guitar, bass and vocal. Mikaella plays fiddle, mandolin and vocal. Greg plays bass, ragtime banjo, and vocal.  The Croskreys have performed at The Rockin’ B Ranch, Spokane events of Pigout in the Park and First Night (New Years’ Eve), and 60+ private engagements in the past year.

Artisans at the Dahmen Barn is a non-profit creativity center in Uniontown on highway 195 in the big white barn behind the famous iron wheel fence.  The facility is open Thursday through Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm.  It is fully ADA compliant and has no daily admission fee.  Information:  www.artisanbarn.org or 509-229-3414.
