Bead weaving for beginners scheduled at the Dahmen Barn

On Saturday, January 19 a bead weaving workshop for beginners will be held at Artisans at the Dahmen Barn in Uniontown from 9 am to 4 pm.  Resident artisan Alison Oman teaches this popular topic and sets the maximum number of students at 5 to ensure individual instruction.  The cost of $85 includes all materials including the loom.  Registrations must be received no later than Saturday, January 12, 2013.  Call 509-229-3414 or register online by using the form at the top of the calendar page at www.artisanbarn.org.

 

Artisans at the Dahmen Barn is in the big white barn behind the famous iron wheel fence just off highway 195 in Uniontown.  The non-profit creativity center is fully accessible and has no daily admission fee.  The Barn is open every day of the week through December 23^rd from 10 am to 6 pm, then Thursday through Sunday until December 30.  Winter hours begin Thursday through Sunday from 10 am to 4 pm January and February.  Information:  www.artisanbarn.org or 509-229-3414.
